ENDLESS RACEWEAR – Shipping and Returns Policy

General
We aim to maintain accurate stock levels, but discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable, we will fulfill the available items and offer a refund or a backorder option for the rest.

Shipping
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the item’s weight, size, and destination
Domestic Delivery: 4 to 8 Working days
International Delivery: 4 to 6 days (depending on courier)
Dispatch Time: 2 to 4 business days
Address Changes: Accepted only before dispatch
P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses: Shipped via postal services only
Tracking: Sent once your order is dispatched

Returns and Refunds
Change of Mind: Returns are accepted within 15 days if items are unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued as store credit.
Warranty Claims: Accepted within 90 days. Return shipping is prepaid and reimbursed upon approval. You may choose a refund, store credit, or a replacement.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
Damaged Items: Report upon receipt. Refunds or replacements are processed after courier investigation.
Lost Parcels: Refunded or replaced once confirmed by the courier.

Duties and Taxes
Sales tax is included in product prices.
International orders may be subject to additional duties or taxes, which are not included in the item price. If duties or taxes are refused, the parcel will be returned at the customer’s expense and a partial refund will be issued (excluding shipping).

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, our refund policy applies.
